These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Digital Essence Mobile website and services.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
"Digital Essence (Agency) is the authorized marketing partner for Sharp Dynamic LDA (Owner). We hold a signed Marketing & Advertising Authorization Agreement (dated 16/12/2025) granting us the right to manage the portutelessence.com domains and fund the Google Ads account. See attached Contract."
We facilitate access to mobile, digital, and technology-related services provided by third-party partners. Service availability, pricing, and conditions may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
The Vivideo service includes a 24-hour free trial period, after which a subscription fee of
PLN 14.99 (gross) per week applies. The subscription renews automatically and continues to
be charged until canceled.
The service is available to Orange, Play, Plus, and T-Mobile customers. Vivideo is not
affiliated with or sponsored by any of these operators—the operator merely acts as an
intermediary for the payment, adding the fee to your phone bill or deducting it from your
prepaid top-up account.
You can cancel at any time by sending a free text message with the text "STOP Vivideo" to
80615 (Orange, Plus, T-Mobile) or 190 (Play).
Unless expressly stated in writing, Digital Essence Mobile does not act as an official brand owner, trademark holder, or exclusive representative of any third-party provider.
By using this website, you agree not to misuse the services, misrepresent your identity, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if these terms are violated.
While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of third-party service information, which may change without notice.
Any payments or transactions are subject to the terms of the respective third-party providers. We are not responsible for service delays, interruptions, or disputes caused by third parties.
